Random FPS drops when playing with Rek'sai.

Whenever Rek'sai is on our team my FPS seems to go down from 120 to 40-50. So I had no choice but to lower all my settings to very low just to play a game (ranked team). Other wise I won't be able to help my team mates at all. Is this happening to anyone else?
