I was playing as LeBlanc and my W went on a 12 second cooldown even though it was max rank with 40% cdr (should have been 6 seconds). Unfortunately I wasn't recording it but it occurred when I used all 4 of my spells in quick succession.

Imagø1 votesIt happened to me too, luckily not in ranked, but still I ended up using all my spells (also w's second cast) and then remaining in the middle of the fight without the possibility to escape (and dying).
