[Gameplay] Nautilus Ult CD/Display Bug

On Nautilus I was trying to ult but could not. I was able to target a champion but it would not fire the ult. The icon was not displaying "On Cooldown", but it may have actually been on CD. When I revived I tried ulting again to no avail. Tried a THIRD time and it finally let me ult but I died shortly after the cast, the ult targeted, started to travel towards the Yasuo, and then disappeared.
