Champ Select Bug

So every time I start a game it goes all good until the timer in champ select hits 0. When his happens the screen freezes on champ select screen and stays there for like 5 min after the music stops. Then after some time the loading screen comes and I then finally I start playing but then I spawn 5 min into the game. Also, this only happens the first time I play a game. After that it does not happen. So right now i just start a custom game and then i can play. I am also on a mac. Pls fix.
