[Gameplay] Veigar's E Wrong

The 5.5 changed the delay from .75 to .5 . Now, in 5.6, the description still says .75 . I am not sure what the actual delay is but at least the description is wrong. In 5.6 only thing changed to veigar was the addition of "do not pass go" to his E.

To remake this 1. Go into any game with veigar. 2. Hover over/use E.

as far as i know, there's a 0.25 sec cast time. They made the delay begin when the spell is cast rather than the cast time is finished. So the delay is still .75 s, but now it's .75 when you click E, instead of .75 after the .25 cast time.
