[GAMEPLAY] Katarina Q, ultimate, recall, and auto-attacks stopped working

I was playing as Katarina on a Mac client and around 15.5 minutes in the game, my teammate Mundo tower-doved Brand. Brand ult'd us, and afterwards, my Q, ultimate, recall, and auto-attacks stopped working. My W and E were working fine, however. I tried disconnecting about three times, and after the third time, my buttons finally began to work again. I'm not sure what happened, but perhaps it has to do with having two Tristana's and a Mundo in the game, who were recently modified in the 15.2 patch. I tried to record the bug on quicktime, but for some reason my recording got cut off and did not record anything of use. However, I hope that my post will help in some way. Thank you.
