I was getting ready to play a ranked game and when the thing to accept the game popped up I clicked accept and then it just stayed there. I clicked it again and it played the sound and nothing happened. It stayed there and I could hear my team banning and since I couldn't ban I was forced to dodge and now I am waiting my 30 min of dodge time... I could hear the ban quotes in the background but the match accept was still there and so I was forced to dodge please fix this!

Sorry you've had to experience extended dodge timers.
It's likely your network isn't processing all the assets of champion select, resulting in the audio being loaded but not the video of Champ Select. It's possible to experience connection issues with League alone. Let's🌐troubleshoot your connectivity issues.🌐

Similar happened to me as well. It is very annoying to see "you left the queue". Not quite the same as when the game keeps kicking you out while your internet connection works perfectly fine, and then calls you a leaver, but it smells like the same tint of brown. So now I have -3 LP and I have to wait.
The thing that was a bit different though, I was in the champion select and saw everything, banned a champion, picked mine, it was all perfect until the game was supposed to start. Then it kicked me and told me I left the queue. Wow.
Well, I guess there might be some mysterious spaghetti code left even in the new client. If they learned from their mistakes roughly as little as the people in my work and unless they started taking code review seriously, code is prone to become a kludge full of spaghetti.
