Morderkaiser - Iron Man passive bug with rune Revitalize

Every time you use a skill is supposed that mordekaiser to gain a shield but in this case the effect of the rune revitalize doesn't amplifies the shield. But the healing bonus is still in effect. In this case it may be a display bug or a in-game issue. Also the W of mordekaiser the passive is useless since is normally a top player that plays solo so the bonus exp wile playing with others on the lane is really useless. It's a champ that needs some work since is lost in time and doesn't really shine anymore

This is a major bug since it should give the benefits of the rune, also it affects what the players can use on top lane. Since the "meta" doesn't works fine with this champ. Also the "meta" should be more ignore i know is a competitive game but it should be more balance the game.
