Ranked Flex 3v3 Ineligible Duo Partner same rank in Flex?

I was trying to do Ranked Flex 3v3 earlier with someone and it says is ineligible? we are both silver 2 in 3v3 queue. Is this a bug that our solo q ranks is getting in our way? (I'm Diamond 5 the other person is Platinum 4)

I tried in Ranked Flex 5v5 too and the same thing happened. It says ineligible. But I could invite by the suggested list and we could play, so that's a thing but it's impossible in 3v3 when it doesn't have a suggested list. So I'm guessing this is a bug.

We did our placements and played 3v3 together, but it's not letting us now.
