[Gameplay] Sona Q allowing Gangplank to detonate barrel instantly

The "empower next basic attack" part of Sona's Q allows Gangplank to detonate a barrel without having to wait for it to prepare, with its damage extremely reduced. In order to replicate this:

1. Have Gangplank enter the aura of Sona's Q
2. While the empowered basic attack is active, put down a barrel
3. Immediately attack the barrel (shooting it with Q doesn't work)

The barrel will explode immediately, but its aoe damage will be reduced to the number listed on Sona's Q tooltip plus 1. Friend noticed this on Howling Abyss, and we were able to replicate it in a custom game on Rift.

We also tested to see if an enemy Sona could cause someone to destroy the barrel in one hit. It did not seem to work with an enemy Sona's Q.
