[BUG] Cannot see skins

I am unable to see riot themed skins. I own riot blitzcrank and cannot see the skin int he shop summoner profile. I believe i obtained the Riot Kayle skin as part of the recent gift, that I cannot see either.

I've noticed that I can't see any of my owned legacy skins when I look at them on the champion profile. And if you didn't see the usual gifting animation for Riot Kayle, you don't have it yet, but you should by the 23rd.
