@RIOT somethings wrong with your projectiles

Dear riot this is a problem that is very relevant to every game on this patch for some reason projectiles fly through people. On several occasions ive played a game where a launched projectile just goes right through someone. And its not just basic spells but it effects ultimates as well. ( dont have any screen shot as it is a random occurrence and i dont expect my shots to whiff right through the enemy)

EXAMPLES. i was playing braum i W to a minion and Q the enemy ashe for engage, goes right through ashe engage fails for lack of concussive blows,

Another game as supp my varus was 1v1ing the enemy vayne got her into a corner and fired his ult to which it went right through her and she got away (and before anyone says she tumbled and dodged tumble was on cd)

The last game that just played i was kat top against a mundo and everysingle cleaver he threw was invisible, EVERYSINGLE CLEAVER and its not just me or my client or something my allies confirmed the same thing with each example given. I had to ask to check if i just wasnt a dumbass and blinked mid fight

2nd problem. ez ult doesnt hit you but you die... was adc lucian in lane with a bard he got caught out retreated to turret with low health i was hit on the left side of the turret bard on the entire other side of the turret was killed (this was an ezreal ult that was straight down the lane not at any angle bard just died, no it was not encompassing the entire turret width)

Sorry i dont have picture or can replicate these things as i said they were random and totally unexpected by me But they are a massive problem in game Plz do something (hope & explanations help a bit :/ )
