Can't leave spawn as if starting barrier was still there!?

When I join a game while playing random on Summoner's Rift it starts the game after the barrier is down yet it acts as if the barrier is still there. I couldn't move out of the spawn area. I was playing with **Master Yi **and I figured out that if I target people with my Alpha Strike I can move around if my target was still visible or alive. This bug wouldn't have bothered me much as it has happened once before but then I was fine for the rest of the day except for the fact that I got 5 freakin Leaver Busters for being AFK when the whole reason I even stayed in the game was to no get the Buster. Both of these times in which the game pulled this bug was while playing with Master Yi. I don't want to have to wait 20 minutes before each match for some bug that **Riot **didn't find. I would also appreciate if there was some sort of way you guys could take away this Leaver Buster for people like me who got them for a bug or problem out of our control. I love this game although I'm still kind of new to it but this is really ruining my gaming experience. EDIT : I was playing on the Mac client update 5.1 and as for my my items I didn't have any when I started.
