Transfer regions

Hi guys! for a couple days now I've been trying to transfer regions from NA to LAN. I clicked the region, confirmed it, window popped up saying it was transferring, then It said it transferred, made me change my username then logged me out, but it won't let me log into LAN, it only lets me log into NA with the new username. My RP is still there too. Ive tried it about 10 times and I keep getting the same exact results! Can anyone help me out? Ive submitted a ticket a few days ago and no response yet.
