spectate not working after 4.21
if i connect to a spectate match it just gives me pic 1; otherwise, pic 2 is what i see since 4.21. no previous issues with spectate.

A few people have been having the same issue. A red signed in to the client, saw that the matches were there and then said, "Oh, it's probably a problem with your connection, because I can see them." http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support/10bAqfA0-connection-issues-with-the-uispectate I'm having the same issue, so we'll see what happens.
I'm having the same issue, and have been since the last update. A popup appears that says Download Fail "Unable to download Spectator Data. This Game Will Now Exit.". Even the download bar starts going backwards if you que back to the beginning to give it a head start. Once it gets to 18 mins, the download bar starts going backwards. :/ Weird stuff and annoying.
