[Gameplay] 0 HP Doombots Teemo

I just had a bug in doombots where Teemo is at 0 HP and cannot be killed making us lose the game. I was playing Heimerdinger at the time and my turrets put him down to 0 HP. Maybe a possible bug with Heimerdinger?
