Leaverbuster and queue loading screen problems

after the queue and we go into the loading screen everything seems to freeze and everything is at 0% load and i cant alt tab from this unless icrtl alt del to restart client. by the time i do this i get issued a leaverbuster low priority for TWENTY MINS for FIVE freakin games . and i cant even chat or do anything as the timer goes.... this happens once in a while and its very frustrating because i would never leave a game like that, all i wanna do is get into a game, and i cant seem to figure out how to fix this. im not sure if its the client or my computer.. but what the heck is this penalty too. if i queue just to afk thats ridiculous.. i play to enjoy myself but i cant cause of something out of my hands and not in my fault that happens every so often for a reason i cant understand and i get leaveerbusted an awful punishment thats outta my hands... please change this and help me fix this. ive sent a bug report serveral times too...! >:/ i dont afk for no reason. its unfair not only to my team but me as well !
