[CRASH] Lower Framerates, sound bugs, and constant disconnect (along with other bugs)

So this has happened several times to me today since updating, and I've believe very strongly that it might not be my computer. I'm playing on a 2011 Macbook Pro running OSX El Capitan 10.11. I updated to patch 6.8 this morning, and the first three games I played had me constantly disconnecting during the game. Many times, my teammates yelled at me for nonsensically running into towers and enemy groups not realizing I had lost control of my champion because of this issue (I'm not even sure if it is lag, or a framerate issue or what). I restarted my computer and closed some programs that were running to see if that would fix the issue, but it persisted. After returning back after a full day to see if it had been resolved, I got disconnected during pre-game loading, loaded into the game with 0 gold and was unable to see my own champion or other champions, which forced me to restart the client, and when I entered the game, the constant disconnects and framerate spikes persisted.

At this point, I cannot play a single game without feeding, and it is making it difficult for me to enjoy playing. I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but it looks like others have had issues with the latest patch (including some of my teammates during those god awful games). Hopefully you can fix this issue so I can go back to my favorite procrastination activity.

^Here's an example of a game I just played after posting this. There were plenty of times where the game will attempt to reconnect, and then I find myself dead (along with the rest of the team). This happens EVERY GAME since I installed patch 6.8. In addition, it's never taken me more than 5 minutes to queue for 5v5 normals. But that's only happened to me once.

Also have exact same issue, however the ping doesn't change when it disconnects like it does when there's lag. I usually disconnect 1-2 times each game for anywhere between 3-10 seconds. I've always been able to play on the highest graphics settings with no issues. I tried lowering my graphics settings to lowest settings and it still disconnects during games. I've made sure nothing else was streaming and no improvement. It just started happening with 6.8 or 6.7, not sure. I've even purchased a new router because I thought that was the initial problem. New router and no improvement. It's so stupid and frustrating to play with the disconnects.
