champion select problem

i cant play league of legends because when i want to ban champion or chose it for me time freezes on 0 count, only chat working i can see what my teammates writting and when they are leaving lobby because i didnt lock in, but i cant do anything, my laptop can run league of legends on high and my internet is great, so problem isnt from my side, i am playing it almost 6 years and i have this problem first time. help to solve it.
