GAMEPLAY Scaling mana regeneration runes

Greater glyph of scaling mana regeneration grants 0,06 mana regeneration per 5 seconds per level, 1,2 at level 18. Greater seal of scaling mana regeneration grants 0,065 mana regeneration per 5 seconds per level, 1,17 at level 18. That's what it says in the store, I haven't actually tested it ingame but I thought it didn't make much sense so I figured you should know.
