Ekko Graphical Bugs

Currently there seems to be a bug with Ekko's Q and his R clone as the Q seems to shoot out and then disappear, Especially in the Project Ekko skin, making it very difficult to both hit and dodge, as well as his clone seeming to drag behind, making it almost impossible to land your ult as where ever it seems to be, it has yet another delay, I ran a repair on the client but and all seemed fixed, but as soon as I hit 6 in the custom game and point a point into my ultimate, the graphics bugged yet again, so it seems like the clone's graphic is interfering with the Q graphic somehow. I ask people if they see it and they always can, but when I view other people playing Ekko then their Q's disappear for me yet again, so it seems to effect both when you're playing, playing with or playing against the bug persists.
