So I was playing kat and had pen boots, wooglet's, and a blasting wand, amplifying tome building into void staff. Well I hovered over wooglet's and it said next to increases ap by 25% (0). The zero was green indicating ap. It isn't properly displaying how much bonus ap you have, it was stuck at zero.
