[Gameplay] Katarina Q and B stops working in game

On Karatrina, playing against Malzahar in mid lane my Q stopped working mid game around the 15 minute mark. The "click" sound effect of pressing the Q hotkey button would play, but the spell would no longer fire. My W, E, R still worked without a problem, however I noticed "B" (recall) stopped working as well. I tried restarting the client and reconnecting to the game and that did not resolve the issue. Not only could I not press the hotkey for Q, but manually selecting the ability using my mouse and then targeting a minion/champion would also not work. I was never able to get Q or B to work again during the game.

I have played a full Katarina game before this game without incident. I'm not sure how it happened, but I effectively became useless to my team.

I also just experienced this issue in game as Katarina. Only, for my case, Q, R, and B stopped casting entirely, even after I tried to cast through the HUD. Tried resetting keys to default, normal cast, quick cast, binding the spells to other keys, and resetting client. None of these worked and for the remainder of the game I could only cast E and W, and had to run back to base.

Cost me the game, same issue. It's happened four times so far. Reconnected four times, changed bindings back and forth, tried normal vs quick cast; nothing really seems to be an exact fix action. Really game-breaking.

Same thing happened to me in several games now. I'm really surprised this hasn't been addressed yet, as it's actually killed most of my spells, including e and r, and even w in a couple cases. I'm still not sure the cause. It takes between 5 and 10 minutes of fiddling with rebinding the same keys and testing on creeps to see whether or not it's decided to work again, to get it working properly again. This can and has cost the game in several instances.

WOOOOW riot fix this please 35 and 0 in a ranked game then suddenly I couldnt ult, recall, or press q. (Basicly how to play kat) fix this holy cow...

started 4/0/2 then my r doesnt work, so wtf, ill q him. nope, that's not working either, well i guess ill go back. oh wait... nope cant do that either. Same issue as the above
