LOR (Legends of runeterra)

After typing my username and password press play and launch the game once launched im redirected to the scene where ashe is standing on a rock (log in scene). The problem is i've been stuck here since then. The snow animations and music are still working however there's still the logging in in the bottom left.

I need help because i got my account activated and the game doesn't let me play!
