Banned for encountering a bug.

I was recently banned because of a strange bug. I was able to load a match made game but was then unable to move or interact with the game at all. Was forced to tab out and restart the game and even then it didn't work. Now my account is banned. Thank you for your help [zombie-nunu-bummed]
