(Gameplay) Kennen ult

In the discripiction of the kennen ult it says the name of the kennen ult slicing maelstrom is, is this name correct? And also it says "Summons a magical storm for 3 seconds that deals 80 (+9) magic damage to a random enemy champion near kennen every .25 seconds". i guess this has to be 2.5 seconds, but i'm not sure can you check if this is right?
