Looking for a ranked game and this happened... [CLIENT]

I was looking for a ranked game with my friend and when we found a game I accepted the queue and got put onto my profile screen. In the top right it says I am in champ select and my friend tells me I am in champ select I couldn't go to the champ select and got kicked saying that I left the champ select. I had to restart my client and when I got back in I had a leaver timer. If I missed anything or anyone would like to ask me a question please do so I will be on this discussion for a few hours.
