Kalista cannot re-bond to a different ally

once Kalista bonds to a target, she can re purchase the bond item from the shop, when attempting to re-bond to a different target the audio plays and the cool down initiates but the game doesn't actually re-bond to the new target. this was tested on each other ally in game, the re-bond item was sold and repurchased from market, and bug still occurred.
