Twice today I have been playing a game where I bought a 
, only to find that the passive was giving +0 AP. Once when using 
, and the second time when using 
. Both times I sold and rebought to see if that fixed the problem, but alas it did not.

I had a similar problem playing as Nami, though it seemed like only the tooltip was bugged, not the actual effect. I was in fact getting the 30% bonus AP, it just wasn't displaying it.
Got the same problem today 5 times on Katarina - its not only a visual bug...it simply doesnt work atm - tried also to sell and rebuy it - doesnt work also.
For me, it was showing 0 a couple of days ago, and it's now showing me "(Unknown)"
I have the same issue as well. Not working when we play computer bots... ;(
