[GAMEPLAY] Banner of Command+Baron Buff gives cannon minion buff to caster minions

Using banner of command on a caster minion that has baron buff gives it cannon minion baron buff. Meaning extra range and slower attacks. Also if you promote the minion while it doesn't have baron buff then it gets the buff after, it will have the splash damage as well.

1. Promote caster minion.
2. Stand near caster minion with baron buff.
3. Caster minion out ranges tower.
