Ekko and Static Shiv???

I would like to report a bug about how Ekko's E (Phase dive) applies Static Shiv's Proc before you actually auto attack following the dash. It could be used in a unfair way so if Static Shiv kills the enemy your auto attack does not go off and you are still able to use the Auto from the dashed E.
