RENGAR BUG "the hunt is on"

I was just playing some ranked as Rangar enemy had a Kha'zix and when "the hunt is on" came up once i killed the Kha'zix i got the trophy then i died to baron while with GA and the trophy disappeared completely... not sure if this is a glitch when you die with GA or if its a glitch when you die in general but I'm sure this wasn't supposed to happen.
