Attempting to Reconnect

Consistent problem during the last 2 months or so for me. Anyone else?

I've submitted tickets to Support on this account and another and so far it seems like no one cares. I've spoken to many people I know who play League and they've experienced the problem as well. These boards have topics on it with very few replies. Reddit has threads on it. YouTube has some stuff on it. When will Riot fix the problem? Anyone have any tips that actually work?
