Vi's E when targeting Blue Side Lizard Elder bugged

Problem: When standing behind lizard elder on blue side, it seems impossible now to get Vi's E to apply damage to the left young lizard. Regardless of the angle you're standing, and even when the particles are clearly encapsulating the young lizard, nothing happens.

I noticed this over the last week or so and its pretty easy to replicate. Stand behind lizard elder. Hit E and target lizard elder. Notice how the bottom young lizard is damaged but not the top. If you stand on the right side of lizard elder, focusing your cone only towards the top young lizard it still results in no damage.

This is marginally frustrating as it now causes Vi to focus 2-3 more auto attacks on the young lizard, and that's precious seconds taking away from that first lane gank.
