LeBlanc W and R cause FPS Drop

Hi, There is a problem with Leblanc, whenever she cast her W or R (W mimic), i lose 20 fps and i'm not the only one. This bug is here since her release.

• The problem is her W / R (W mimic) pad VFX which cause the fps drop, because when i ve played with the latest LeBlanc skin (Ravenborn), there wasn't any FPS drop, perfect FPS without drop.
• The solution is to change her W and R (W mimic) VFX, Animation, particles, etc... make it like the latest Leblanc skins would be awesome.
