Ranked matches bug

I want to report a bug that show the wrong Division. My friend entired from the first 10 matches in Silver IV. After he tired to play some Ranked Matches, he was promoted in the wrong Division : From Silver IV to Silver II. His name is oOGr3y3rOo. Please to resolve that semnificative probem. Thanks!
