[GAME PLAY] Ward trinket not showing correct duration below lvl 9

During my 3 games today, I noticed that the duration indicator in the trinket tooltip was not showing the right number. It says that it is currently 120 seconds and that it will get to 120 seconds at level 9. To reproduce the issue, simply play a game and buy a trinket below level 9. I got this bug all night.
