riot support not responding to my tickets after they scammed me

so i brought the arcde pass and i dont have any of the benefis of one the token stash is locked and i didnt get my prestige point missons it shows in the store that i brought it and i got the 4 orbs and 200 tokens from the arcade pass but in missions it still shows me my token stash and tells me to buy the pass please can i get some upvotes on this so maybe a rioter will respond to this and help me out. i want my fucking money back riot you scammers its been like 3 days man
