[GAMEPLAY] Gangplank/ Ezreal - Q spell doesn't proc Luden effects.

I didnt take video but the Luden never works on our Q spells. It makes effect with ulties, that's all. We both had the jungle blue item, who works approximatly like lich ban. I didn't try to sell this item to see what's happen.
