Default skin pick

I am not CERTAIN whether this would constitute as a bug, but lately I have been experiencing that in champ select, when I picked a champ, in skin select, the game would select one particular skin always instead of having the skin pre-selected that I used the last time I used that champ, noteable examples being Sona where I automatically had Pentakillsona selected 3 times (although I had always used DJ sona in my prior games) and Talon where I always had Crimson Elite Talon pre-selected despite always having used Blood Moon Talon.
