Primetime Draven is saying his normal quotes instead of primetime quoted

So ever since patch 7.20 came out and they fixed primetime dravens recall noise when moving the camera away it seems to be that primetime Draven no longer says his primetime Draven quotes such as "should have banned Draven" he just says his normal quotes now and it's really upsetting, has anyone else been experiencing the same issue?
