Ryze can not cast Q

When i was having a game in OCE serve today, soon I upgrade my Q to lvl4, it can not be casted. My keyboard is fine. I changed Q to other keys like A, 1 and W, but still can not be casted. I even tried using Mouse to cast but still not working. Is this a bug? Because of this I lost my promo in flex. IM so upset about it

Also just happened to me. No fix for it. Losing game because of it.

This need urgent attention cause its actually completely game breaking and ryze should be disabled till its fixed.
