At the begining of a match parts of my HUD are invisible

Mostly my teammates icons on the left and my abilities. It typically fixes itself as the game progresses but almost every game i play my teammates character icons never appear. Ive had this problem for about two months now and i was wondering if anyone else is encountering this problem. screenshots will be posted soon.
