Server: NA Type of Bug: in-game

hi i've recently been having a problem with loading into league matches. i think the problem started rising up about a month or 2 ago but lately I've been getting this error message that says, "An unknown DirectX error has occurred and League Of Legends cannot start. please make sure your video card is using the latest video drivers from the manufacturer."

i have tried numerous of things such as updating my drivers, updating direct x, using the hextech repair tool for league of legends, uninstalling and reinstalling league of legends, and even going as so far as recovering my windows and starting over from scratch just to make sure the problem was not on my end. all of these methods were to no avail as doing all that was previously stated did not work and i continually get told before a match starts that it wont load. my graphics card is an AMD Radeon r7 200 and im currently using windows 10. any help with this situation would be much appreciated since this is the only game in my library that is having this kind of issue and i would hate seeing all the time and money i've put on my account lead to this in the end.

a follow up to that last post, i have went to a previous drive update for my graphics card and tested it out in the practice tool and that seems to do the trick, if possible though i would like to update my graphics card back to where its suppose to be and have the game working fine at the same time. once again anyone's help would be much appreciated.
