Just bought the headhunter Akali skin on sale for 675 RP (Clearly labeled 50% off and at that price), but if charged my account 1350 RP.

The price reduction is applied just for the divisions that are above Gold. If you wanna buy cheaper skins in the sale time, try to climb the ladder.
