Zed can still operate when swallowed by tahm.
Tahm swallowed Zed, and jerked around screen, zed reappears outside Tahm.

They way you described this isn't entirely clear, but abilities with an ongoing cast (like Lucian's Culling) will still operate if cast before and then eaten by Tahm. Kinda funny having a Tahm Kench shooting the cullling and running away.
