Update failed please help

I have spent a lot of money and time on league, I took a break and came back. Now my client is an absolute abomination without any sense of direction in life. I have uninstalled this client and installed it so many times, even went into my archieves/ragedit and deleted all traces of league that I have found and riot and installed it again, just to get the same problem. Update failed, check logs. This happens all the time, sometimes I can enter the game, but when I first enter I am scared that if the game crashes.. I may have issues getting back in to the game. I have tried the hextech repair tool which have done nothing, I have contacted riot who have not answered since I first got the bug prolly almost 2 weeks ago and I sent them reports and then mails pleading for some help or direction.

Please help me in some way, I am losing my mind going through my computer changing files, trying to do whatever to play a game..
