Replay freezes when I try to record highlights.

Every time I save a recent game and watch it, if I try to record something for my highlights, the second I hit either the "record" button or use the hotkeys "ctrl + v", the replay instantly freezes and locks. I can move my mouse, but that's it. I can't exit the game, I can use "ctrl + alt + del" to bring up task manager, but if I try to click on task manager that also freezes. I don't think I can tab out of the video - but I don't remember if I tried that or not. The only way to get out of the screen that I've found is to completely restart my computer.

I don't know if it helps or is important, but the music doesn't stop when the screen freezes.
