Frozen client, Champion Select

As you can see in the screenshot the champ select screen times out and freezes, causing dodged matches.

I know how to feel it happened to me 3 times on my series 3 more times on my regular ranked matches for my series I got two 30 minute timers and my other 3 were 5 minutes each. I messaged Riot about it and this is what they had to say.
"Hello Summoner, Thanks for this information. If you haven't already, I recommend posting a description of what happened on our bug report Board: NA- http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report I can't provide a timeline for when we might see a fix on this issue, but thank you again for the report. Please let me know if you have any other questions!"
