People go through Blackfrost Anivia Wall [Game}

The past few times I've played Anivia in Aram, when I put down a wall in front of an Enemy champion, the champion just walks through it like nothing is there. It doesn't happen all the time but its happened at least 3 or 4 times in one of my games. Haven't tried it in summoners rift though
